Yesterday, Wednesday, November 29, 2023, management of Write for World, together with learners of its Smart Learning Centre, paid a visit to the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Volta Regional Police Comman to familiarise with their operations and work ethics. The trip also offered the teenage beneficiaries of our community educational project, the opportunity to understand their basic rights when violated, and conscientized on the need to be cautious about their social lives. We thank the Regional Coordinator for DOVVSU, ASP Madam Faustina Awumey and her 2IC, Madam Juliet for their educative lectures. It was indeed, impactful.
